Once connected, supported BoloForms actions can become steps in a reusable workflow alongside the other services your team uses. Run the workflow once, on a schedule, or when an event starts it.
What you can do with BoloForms
- Read document metadata and status; responses may include reusable document or finished-PDF URLs.
- Create and send a PDF or form template signing request; this contacts recipients and may consume provider plan quota.
- Read submitted form responses for a form or response ID.
- Void an in-progress PDF or PDF-template document; this changes provider document state.
- Read template respondents and signer or PDF links; response URLs may grant access to documents.
- Send email or SMS reminders to pending signers; BoloForms limits this to 5 requests per 15 minutes per API key.
