Both work in Slack, support recurring jobs and let you choose a model. Lindy bills a seat per user; Okou combines a plan fee with a monthly credit package for each member. Compare the people, packages and work your team needs.
The job centres on one person's inbox, calendar and meetings. Lindy records and preps meetings, drafts replies in your voice, connects up to five inboxes, reaches you over iMessage, and ships computer use and MCP support on every plan. Okou does not do meeting recording at all.
You want several shared agents with different jobs and permissions, workflows your team can reuse, and a free plan to try before choosing member packages.
Both are Slack-native, run scheduled routines, keep persistent workspace context, build in approvals, and let you choose the model. Those are not rows, because they are not differences.

Lindy bills each user a seat. Okou Pro has a $0 plan fee plus a $20–$200 monthly credit package for every member; Team adds a $160 monthly plan fee. Adding members changes the total on both products. Compare package sizes and actual usage as well as head count.
Lindy gives each person an assistant with a shared skill library behind it. Okou gives the workspace seven shared agents plus unlimited private ones, each with its own description, tone, avatar and connector grants — so an agent that can read Stripe cannot touch the CRM, because it was never given it.
Lindy has no free plan: teammates who arrive through Slack get seven days, and direct signups are billed immediately. Okou's Free plan is 1,000 credits with no card and no sales call, which is enough to run a real job end to end before deciding.
Compare plan fees, member packages and actual usage. Credit units differ between products, so test the same job on both.

$20 / $50 / $100 / $200 monthly member packages add 20,400 / 52,600 / 108,700 / 222,200 shared credits respectively. Monthly credits expire at renewal; purchased credits never expire. Paid plans can top up or use auto-recharge.
Per user, per month
Every seat's allowance flows into one shared workspace pool, and admins can set allocations per seat. When the pool runs out Lindy pauses rather than billing overage. Enterprise adds HIPAA with a signed BAA, audit logs and dedicated support.
No. Teammates who join through Slack get a 7-day trial before the seat is billed, and direct signups are billed right away. Okou's Free plan is 1,000 credits with no card.
Each member on Okou Pro or Team needs a monthly credit package. Five Pro members on the $20 package cost $100 per month before top-ups. Team adds a $160 monthly plan fee to the member packages.
Both offer model selection. In Okou, choose a model per chat; Auto is the system default. Availability follows the current catalog, plan, workspace policy and selected provider. Eligible personal Claude or Codex subscriptions can be connected on Free and paid plans.
Gmail triage, drafting and writing structured rows to a sheet are among the workflows Okou runs on a trigger. What Okou does not do is record and summarise your meetings, which is a core part of what Lindy sells.
At the listed monthly rates, five Lindy Plus users cost $149.95. Five Okou Pro members on the $20 package cost $100 before top-ups and add 102,000 shared monthly credits. Credit units differ between products, so compare the same real workload. Okou top-ups cost $1 per 1,000 credits.
